About the Founders
Ekta Raman
Ekta Raman is a Social Impact Entrepreneur with 23+ years of experience in Corporate Learning, Organizational Development, and Reputation Management. As Founder Director of NCR Infotainment, she leads initiatives across PR platforms, media partnerships, and impact communications, including TEDx and BRICS CCI forums. For over a decade, she has worked with differently abled and LGBTQ+ communities, focusing on skill development, education, and inclusion.
T.C. Dhoundiyal
T.C. Dhoundiyal is an MSME Growth Strategist with 25+ years of experience across corporate leadership and entrepreneurship.
He helps women entrepreneurs and MSME communities build scalable business models, strong positioning, and structured growth systems. Having worked with Tata, Airtel, Reliance, and HFCL, he brings deep expertise in strategy and execution. As Founder of Shemade, he also leads a fragrance venture rooted in Assam agarwood heritage, connecting tradition with global markets.
